MARCELL SOLOMON is the founding member of the Firm.  He received his J.D. degree in 1984 from Howard University School of Law, where he was an associate editor of the Howard Law Journal.  Following his graduation, he served for two years as law clerk to the Honorable Joseph F. Weis, Jr., Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.  Following his clerkship, in August 1986, Mr. Solomon became associated with Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft in New York, where for nearly eight years he worked on a wide variety of litigation and corporate matters.

While associated with Cadwalder, Wickersham & Taft, Mr. Solomon was involved in nationwide antitrust litigation, alleging a conspiracy to fix the price of a certain commodity in the United States.  Mr. Solomon also has represented clients appearing in a federal grand jury investigation, alleging a conspiracy to fix prices of cider and white distilled vinegar.  Further, Mr. Solomon has extensive experience in preparing Hart-Scott-Rodino Premerger Notification and Report Forms.  He has prepared more than twenty premerger filings on behalf of major United States and foreign corporations.

ASHLEY SOLOMON is associated with the Firm. Ashley received her J.D. degree in 2015 from University of Baltimore School of Law.  Ashley is currently pursuing a Masters of Law in Taxation from University of Baltimore School of Law.  She expects to graduate in May 2020.

As an associate of the Firm, Ashley duties include preparing Waiver Agreement, Cover Letter and Schedules in connection with Ginnie Mae deals.  Ashley also is involved in most aspects of other client matters, including intake, discovery, preparing certain pleadings and client conferences.
